This is our 5 lbs. Salmon option. You will receive these fillets in August or September 2023 (after our 2023 fishing season in Alaska). You must drive to pick up from the following locations: Wichita, KS, Kansas City, KS, Durham, NC, Oklahoma City, OK or St. Louis, MO.
Our Salmon is top of the line, carefully filleted by hand, sealed and flash frozen to preserve quality flavor and nutrients.
A average size portion for a meal is 4-6oz of salmon/person.
